Whey Protein Isolate contains a high percentage of protein that is around 90%, a minimum degree of fat and virtually no lactose. According to studies carried out by the Department of Food Science & Technology (U.S.A), the isolated protein elevating levels of glutathione (antioxidant cellular) in the prostate, which in turn improves the defense against cancer in that organ. Whey protein isolate can also be hydrolyzed to facilitate digestion and absorption.
